Fabric Flowers. It's like Spring in December

Not being able to sew yet has been driving me nuts. In desperation to find something to sew that wouldn't be too difficult with one finger out of order I came across this tutorial for some pretty fabric flowers.

Here are the one's I made in the last couple of days.

The perfect project for using up scraps and sitting in front of the tv.

These can be used for so many things like embellishing bags, purses or anything you like.

I'll probably put stems on mine to put in a vase. Add some colour to the dreary days.

  1. These are beautiful! Are they Kanzashi flowers? I've heard of them, folding and stuff but never made any myself....yet :)

  2. Lovely assortment of colors and fabric prints. Those would look great with stems in a vase.
