Crazy Nine Patch Table Topper


This is another project that was unfinished. The blocks I made ages ago following the tutorial by Oh, Fransson, all that was needed was a border and backing.

This one is slightly bigger than the topper on my last post, this one measures 23 3/4" x 23 3/4".

I'm really pleased with this one and would like to make more blocks like this.



Again I used a clear nylon thread for the quilting.

  1. This is another block that I like, although I haven't tried it yet. I love scrappy, so these informal blocks (like this one, and the D9P) really pique my interest, especially since they're rather forgiving of seams that aren't always stitched perfectly - I belong to the "cut big, then trim down to size" school of sewing, lol!
