Allsorts Disappearing Nine Patch Table Runner

This is the second table runner I finished recently. The lady that this was made for came round and we chose fabrics from my stash to come up with this.

This one measures 110cm x 50cm.

I wasn't completely convinced this one would come out right when we chose the fabrics but I'm quite pleased with the result now it's finished.

The green square is my favourite.

I have another six wallets cut out so I could well be making those over Christmas.

  2. The runner did turn out lovely. I like how you straight quilted the border area and free motion quilted the center. I like that green the best too of the solid colors, but that's a nice background fabric too.

  3. D9P is my favourite quilt block - I have several cut out to work on next year for gifts! One in turtles, and one in girly fabrics, and one in rockets - yep, it's a D9P household here, LOL! Your tablerunner turned out sweet - the solids look great with the pretty floral print to set them off :)

  4. the colors really pop against that black print! and I absolutely love the FMQ pattern. It's like a meander-loop!

I'm so happy you shared this at Needle and Thread Thursday!
